On our website you have the opportunity to make appointments with us. To book appointments we use the self-developed appointment booking tool arzt-direkt from zollsoft GmbH. In addition to the voluntary information and the content of your message, we require the following information from you:

We need this information to process your request, to address you correctly, to identify you as an interested party and to be able to contact you if necessary (e.g. to cancel an appointment at short notice). Your data is temporarily stored on the web server for the correct use of the online appointment calendar and then transmitted in encrypted form to the local server of our CRM system. The data entered is automatically deleted from the web server at the end of each calendar quarter at the latest and is then only stored in the local CRM system.

REGISTRATION FOR EVENTS

We use the WordPress plug-in The Events Calendar to show you upcoming events.

NEWSLETTER

We offer you the opportunity to subscribe to our monthly newsletter on our website. In order to be able to send you current information by email until you revoke your consent, we save your email address when you register. For security reasons, your IP address and the time of registration or confirmation are also saved. As soon as you have entered and submitted your data to register for the tomedo newsletter, we will send you an email to confirm and activate your free subscription by clicking on it (“double opt-in”).

USE OF THE “FACEBOOK PIXEL”

With the help of the “Facebook pixel” set on our website, which saves a cookie on your computer, we can track the actions of users after they have seen or clicked on one of our Facebook ads. GOOGLE ADWORDS

There are contract processing agreements with the service providers used and the appropriate level of data protection is guaranteed by using EU standard clauses.
